Lantana is another plant with a form and shape of that can vary widely, which expands its use potential in the landscape. They maintain a versatile and dependable color display mostly year round even during our summer with clusters of flowers. You can often find these around Phoenix being used as an accent shrub, large ground cover, informal hedge, raised planters, hanging baskets and containers. Lantanas are heat loving, but cold sensitive. They may suffer frost and freeze injury during Phoenix winters in exposed locations but most will come back in spring.
