Flower of the Gods – Nursery Policy
Please note: All items on this website are available for local pickup only. We do not ship live trees, plants or other items. No exceptions.
Cancellation: At Flower of the Gods, we understand that life happens so I ask that you please reach out to me if you need to cancel. Many items are both inventory and time sensitive so please understand we reserve inventory that could be sold to others. The act of canceling an order and issuing refunds takes time and incurs fees through our merchant processors. You may cancel at any time but the following cancellation fees apply upon receiving a request for cancellation:
- We have stated in multiple places that shipping is NOT an option on certain items including all trees & live plants. If an order is placed for the listed items to be shipped despite posted limitations, the order will be canceled per our policy.
If cancellation is...
- Requested WITHIN two (2) calendar days, there will be a 15% cancellation fee assessed before your credit is issued.
- Requested DURING the pick-up period (7 calendar days unless otherwise stated), there will be a 50% cancellation fee assessed before credit is issued.
- If you FAIL to pick up trees or plants during the specified pick up period (7 calendar days unless otherwise stated), your items will be restocked & no refund will be issued.
Gift certificates: We sell e-gift cards and physical gift cards. You can order these through the website or in person.
Orders: Sometimes inventory is shorted from our vendors (unfortunately this is out of our hands). As you all know, I will always make it right. In this case, I will give you the option of store credit or a full refund.
As many of you know, I love to talk trees. I am a people person. All I ask is for you to come to our business with respect & we will treat you with respect. Knock on wood – I have yet to refuse business to anybody. With our growth though I do need to put out a disclaimer that we may refuse to do business with you.
Warranty: A nursery is a place where plants are specially cared for. Because plants are living things, we make no guarantee once they leave our care. No warranty express or implied is given as to the fruiting, variety, or survivability of any plant or tree.
