Collection: Persimmon

Persimmons have a round or oval shape, and a smooth or slightly rough skin that can be yellow, orange, red, or brown. The flesh of the fruit is soft, juicy, and sweet when ripe, but can be very bitter and astringent when unripe. Persimmons are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, and other nutrients. They can be eaten fresh, dried, cooked, or made into jams, pies, cakes, or drinks.
