Tropical - Guava - Mexican Cream

Guavas are a tropical fruit with a range of flavors depending on the variety – from super sweet to highly acidic.  Fruits contain a few brown seeds inside and are coated with a green to yellow peel. The flesh of the fruit ranges from white to yellow, pink, and red. The fruit itself is pear shaped, matching the oblong look of the leaves. Depending on when the fruit is cultivated, the peel can range in thickness.

The pale, yellow-skinned Mexican Cream has a unique and aromatic scent of pineapple and passionfruit. Its inside is creamy, white, thick and decandently sweet, making it a soon-to-be favorite healthy dessert.
